International Theme Park, Hong Kong Project Management services to an international theme park in Hong Kong during construction, comprising project risk review and risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulation; assigning project managers to the client for management of two hotels, one of which was a deluxe 5-star hotel. Taiwan High Speed Railway, Depots and Main Workshop Our expert's role involved Design Management, Tender Documentation and Tender Evaluation for the civil infrastructure, building works and maintenance facilities for THSRC's Yenchao Main Workshop in Kaohsiung County, southern Taiwan and Zouying (Kaohsiung) Depot. Also, procurement of Depot Equipment for all repair and maintenance facilities. Greening Master Plan Project, Hong Kong Project Management for the development, design, tendering and construction phases of the greening works for urban areas of Hong Kong Island and Kowloon. The project involves site survey to gather details of existing greening and identification of greening opportunities within streetscapes in the short term and on buildings and highway structures in the medium and long term. Greening Master Plans with representative themes are developed and presented to stakeholders for consultation at public forums. Following endorsement by District Councils and Government Departments the detail design, tendering and implementation of the short-term plans are managed through to establishment and handover to maintenance authorities.
