than 35 years experience in Hong Kong and more than 40 years total involvement
in the design, construction and project management of major works such
as roads, bridges, underground railways, high-rise buildings, deep basements,
tunnels, and piled foundations. He also has considerable experience of
investigation, repair and reporting on failed building materials such as
concrete, render and tiling and more recently in waste management.

Ballah is a founding principal of AIM Group. He
has 30 years of experience in the construction industry and has held
senior positions on major projects in the UK, Hong Kong and the Middle
East, specializing in project planning and management. An expert witness
in arbitration who had been selected by the Centre for Expertise of the
International Chamber of Commerce and the ICA in Paris in several appointments.
A regular adviser to clients on project procurement strategy, planning,
risk management, EOT, delay impact analysis, and dispute resolution. He
speaks English, Arabic and basic French.

A public health and infrastructure engineering
specialist with over 20 years experience in Hong Kong, SE Asia, the Middle
East and the UK. Colin has been Project Manager for various major infrastructure
projects in Hong Kong, particularly in the fields of water, drainage, sewerage
and utility assessments and master plans, as well as infrastructure planning
and design projects. As a Director of Link 21 Ltd he also specialises in
sports and leisure engineering, including golf courses, sports grounds
and resort developments.

Graham has over 35 years experience in the planning,
construction supervision and implementation of major civil engineering
infrastructure facilities, including over 28 years in Hong Kong. He is
particularly skilled and experienced in procurement strategies, contract
negotiations, tender preparation and analysis and the management of joint
ventures. He is an Expert on legal and arbitration cases relating to construction
management, site supervision and site operations.

A specialist in Civil, Geotechnical and Marine
Engineering Design and Project Management. John has some 40 years experience
and has provided services to a wide range of clients in Asia and the Middle
East. He is also an Expert Witness on cases involving arbitration, mediation,
litigation, independent audit and dispute resolution in the fields of geotechnical,
civil, and marine engineering.

Director, Procurement & Contracts
A Civil Engineer with over 38 years experience
in planning, design and construction of multidisciplinary projects including
major commercial, residential and recreational developments, Hong Kong
Airport and a number of railway depots. Huw has held senior positions in
client and consultant organisations involved in master planning, design,
contract strategies, documentation, tender evaluation, utilities coordination
and contract management.

A geotechnical and geosynthetics engineering consultant
based in Hong Kong, with over 35 years of experience. John has provided
advice to numerous government and private sector clients throughout the
Asia Pacific region on geotechnical, environmental and geosynthetic projects.
These have included solid waste landfills, coastal reclamations, water
supplies, soil slopes, rock slopes, soft ground, tunnelling and foundations.

In his 40-year career Roger has held senior project
and management positions in the UK, Hong Kong and the Middle East where
he was General Manager for a major consultantís operation. As a water and
wastewater specialist, and an expert in the design of submarine pipelines
and sea outfalls, he has been responsible for many major water, infrastructure,
environmental and urban design projects.
With over 30 years experience in water and drainage
engineering experience, Xiao Wen has worked in Mainland China and the Middle
East. She has spent most of her career with the prestigious South West
Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute of China, where she
was Chief Engineer, but has also undertaken project management roles in
the Middle East. Xiao Wen is fluent in Mandarin and English.
