Management roles in the railway extensions project. Instigated and managed the project controls system for cost, planning, change control and reporting.

Bangkok Second Stage Expressway, Thailand

Involvement in the preparation of a successful BOT bid, concession agreement and design management of over 50km of pre-cast segmental viaduct in dense urban areas.

Significant roles in design management, programming, procurement planning & tracking, and contracts management for the Channel Tunnel Project.

Involvement in design and construction of the Modified Initial System, Tsuen Wan Extension, Island Line, Airport Railway and Tseung Kwan O Extension.

Metropolitan Rapid Transit Authority, Bangkok

Senior role in a strategic planning team for a new metro system in Bangkok. Devised computer based cost plan and risk analysis that received high praise from the World Bank.

Hong Kong New International Airport

Lead role in preparation of a parallel tender for the Airport Terminal Building.

Controls and management in the procurement supply and installation of specialist finishing to the ornate facades of dedicated street scenes in Main Street U.S.A., of an International  Theme Park in Paris.

PM services to an International Theme park in Hong Kong during construction comprising project risk review and risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulation; assigning project managers to the client for management of two hotels one of which was a deluxe 5-start hotel
