Our Experts took part in planning and management of one of the world’s most prestigious projects; the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA); voted one of the Top Ten construction achievements of the 20th Century.

They were part of the HKIA’s success story throughout, from tender stages to construction, installation, testing & commissioning, to handover & maintenance, undertaking independent assessments of the project programme, highlighting risks and recommending contingencies.

Following the completion of the project, AIM Group was then commissioned by the client to take a lead role in restrospective delay analysis of multimillion dollar claims.
