With over 30 years of experience in water and drainage engineering, Xiao Wen has worked in Mainland China and the Middle East. She has spent most of her career with the prestigious South West Municipal Engineering Design and Research Institute of China, where she was Chief Engineer, but has also undertaken project management roles and consulting assignments in the Middle East.

Xiao Wen is fluent in Mandarin and English.
